Getting your favourite groceries and household essentials delivered to your community is simple.


Step 1: Shop Online

Browse our selection of grocery items, pantry staples, household essentials, snacks, beverages, and specialty products.

Simply add your items to your cart and complete your order through our secure checkout.


Step 2: Place Your Order Before the Weekly Cut-Off

To provide the best service possible, we follow a consistent weekly ordering and shipping schedule.

Order Cut-Off

Place your order by Monday at 3:00 PM to have it included in that week's shipment.

Orders placed after the cut-off will automatically be processed for the following week's shipment.

Our team shops and carefully sources your selected products from trusted retailers and suppliers.

โœ… Wednesday
We verify inventory, contact customers regarding any necessary substitutions, and complete any remaining sourcing.

Your order is carefully inspected, packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment.

๐Ÿš Friday
Orders depart Winnipeg and are shipped to Thompson via our scheduled weekly shipment.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to maximize product availability.


Minimum Order Requirement

To help keep shipping efficient and provide the best value for our customers, we currently require a minimum order of $150 CAD (before shipping and applicable taxes) for all orders shipped to Thompson, Manitoba.

This minimum allows us to efficiently source, pack, and transport orders while maintaining reliable weekly shipments.

Minimum order requirements may vary for other northern communities based on destination and transportation costs. If your community requires a different minimum order or shipping arrangement, we'll clearly communicate this before processing your order.


Step 3: We Carefully Source Your Order

Unlike a traditional grocery store, many of our products are sourced after your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wider selection without maintaining a large warehouse inventory.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we'll contact you with available replacement options. If no suitable substitute is available, we'll issue a refund for that item.


Step 4: We Pack Your Order

Every order is carefully inspected, organized, and securely packed to help ensure your groceries arrive safely.

We take extra care in preparing your shipment to minimize damage during transportation.


Step 5: We Ship to Your Community

After leaving Winnipeg, your order is transported using the most appropriate shipping method available for your destination.

Depending on your community, this may include:

  • Ground transportation

  • Air cargo

  • Connecting regional carriers

Delivery times vary depending on your destination, transportation schedules, weather conditions, and seasonal operations.

Whenever available, we'll provide shipment updates and tracking information.


Step 6: Receive Your Order

Once your shipment arrives in your community, you'll be notified and can expect delivery to your specified address.

Our goal is to make receiving your groceries simple, reliable, and worry-free.


Product Availability

We specialize in sourcing products that may be difficult to find in Northern Manitoba and remote Canadian communities.

Although we make every effort to fulfil every item on your order, product availability may occasionally change due to supplier inventory or seasonal demand.

If an item is unavailable, we will:

  • Contact you with comparable replacement options whenever possible.

  • Remove the unavailable item and issue a refund if no suitable replacement is available.

  • Never substitute products without your approval.


Shipping Information

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery community and the size of your order.

Some remote destinations may require additional freight charges or custom shipping quotes.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may be affected by weather, airline schedules, road conditions, or other transportation delays beyond our control.
